I just spent 15 years at CERN in the accelerator sector working on:

• The high intensity proton injector (PS Booster)
• The CERN nuclear physics facility (ISOLDE)
• A design study for a future European nuclear physics facility (EURISOL)
• Designs for future high intensity neutrino oscillation facilities

I'm taking on new challenges at ESS Scandinavia on the accelerator side which is very motivating. Returning to my home country after 18 years abroad is challenging but has been easier than I expected thanks to my wonderful colleagues at ESS Scandinavia.
