ESS Scandinavia's climate-neutral Energy Concept has meant that ESS Scandinavia – in its first research project – has been accepted as a partner in Sustainable Energy Europe, a campaign organised by the European Commission Directorate-General for Energy and Transport. The campaign is a way of contributing to the EU’s energy political objectives for renewable energy sources, energy effectiveness, clean modes of transportation and alternative fuels by increasing awareness about sustainable energy use and spreading knowledge about previous projects.
ESS Scandinavia’s CARESS Energy Concept – Climate Aware Research, European Spallation Source Scandinavia – will now become part of Sustainable Energy Europe’s work with being heedful of good examples.
