ESS industry Day is a one day information event on ESS and Industry held in Copenhagen on February 19th, 2010. It will be a general information event, with talks and open discussions on how industry can get involved in the ESS, ranging from design and construction of this 1.5 B€ facility to operation. There will also be information on how neutrons can be used for industrial R&D.

- This is an opportunity for companies from all over Europe interested in being a part of the construction and design of the European Spallation Source as well as companies interested in using neutrons for materials research, says Colin Carlile, Director of ESS in Lund.

ESS Industry Day will be held at the Royal Library in Copenhagen, February 19, 2010, between 9 am and 3 pm. It will be preceded by a dinner in Copenhagen on February 18, for those arriving on the night before.
